How long do the nails stay on for?

  • Temporary Wear (up to 5-7 days): With the correct prep, your nails will last up to 5-7 days with our sticky tabs in your Viva La Eva package.
  • Extended Wear (up to 3-5 weeks): For nails applied with adhesive nail gel, they can last up to 3-5 weeks. (We've heard some people have had them on for 6 weeks at a time!)

*Note these estimates can vary depending on your lifestyle and whether you used the correct application technique

**Always remove any oils from your nail bed by wiping them with an alcohol pad (provided in the kit) before application.

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located on each product page.

Can I change the shape/length of the nails?

Yes! We purposely made our press-ons available in sizes long, but you can always go shorter and change the shape of the nail by choosing other options we provided.

The default daily changeable options are:

  • Regular-almond(20cm)
  • Long-almond(25cm)
  • Regular-coffin(20cm)
  • Long-coffin(25cm)

Can I reuse them?

100%!

Our nails are environmentally friendly, designed to be super durable and long-lasting for multiple times uses (usually 2 years usage)! 

Simply buff off the residue glue with the help of alcohol spray by using the crystal rub and place them back in the Viva La Eva case for next time's use 😊

How do I apply the press-on?

Step 1: Prep!
Do NOT miss this step as prepping your nails correctly is essential to allowing your press-ons to stay on as long as possible!

  1. Start by pushing back your cuticles using the cuticle stick & file down your nails.
  2. Gently buff your nails using the sponge file in the kit.
  3. Wipe all your nails completely with the alcohol wipe.
    This will remove the natural oils on your nail beds which prevents the adhesive from working as well! 

Step 2: Choose Adhesive Option
Sticky Tabs (Short term wear)

  1. Size the sticky tab that is the correct size by placing them above your natural nail beds and choosing the ones that have the most suitable fit.
  2. Apply it and squeeze the edge to cover the whole nail bed.

Tips: For the curving nail bed, simply apply one more small sticky tab at the front of your nail to prop up the nail bed and prevent water


Or Adhesive Nail Gel (Longer term wear)

  1. Use the back of the Viva La Eva press on to dig a pea-sized amount of nail gel

Tips: You can touch the gel with your fingertips to adjust the amount or position, as it will not bond until the lamp!

Step 3: Press!
Apply Viva La Eva nails at a 45-degree angle and press down firmly for 20-30 seconds on each side, ensuring you remove all air bubbles upon application.

Application tips?

  1. Make sure to choose the right SIZE for your nails that aren't too large, or too small, as this might cause Viva La Eva nails to fall off prematurely! Having press-ons either too small or too large for you means that water can get under your press-ons, and interact with the glue underneath which might cause discoloration or premature lifting. See How To Measure for instruction.
  2. Before application, wipe your nails with an alcohol pad to remove any oils. Avoid touching your nails with your fingertips AFTERWARD. As that will add back the oils on your nails that you removed with the alcohol wipe.
  3. To prolong wear, avoid water & soap for 3 hours after application. The ideal time to apply is before bedtime, this will extend the wear time of the sticky tabs or gel!

How do I remove them?

1. Sticky Tabs
You can easily remove your press-ons with NO damage by using the crystal rub to insert the back of your nail to open a gap, spray with alcohol spray or soak your nail in hot water for 30 seconds. Repeat this step until removed.


2. Adhesive Nail Gel
Use the crystal rub to insert the back of your nail to open a gap, spray with alcohol spray and use the crystal rub to open a bigger gap. Repeat this step until you remove it all


** Note: Some nails may take longer than others to come off depending on how much gel you use, and how long it's been since you've applied your press-on.

  • 👩‍💻You can't wear nails to work! Simply use our temporary sticky tabs and remove them after 2-4 days of use
  • 💅You like changing your nail designs often
  • 😢You have damaged/weak nails (press on's are way less damaging than gel or acrylics)
  • 😍 You love getting your nails done... but they cost too much and grow out too fast!

How do I place an order?

Step 1. Add the desired item and quantity to your shopping cart.
Step 2. Click the shopping cart icon.
Step 3. Review your order and click Checkout.
Step 4. Sign in or Register.
Step 5. Confirm your shipping details and payment method, and complete the payment.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel it through your order confirmation email but be quick! Once your order has gone through to our workshop and started production we are not able to make any changes.

What should I do if there's something wrong with my order?

Please contact us ASAP. Email us with your Order number and detailed information regarding the problem and provide pictures if there is any quality issue: customerservice@vivalaeva.com

How can I track my order status?

We will send you an email once your order has been shipped. Please Sign into ‘My Account’ and click ‘Order History’ to check your order status. You can choose to email us at customerservice@vivalaeva.com to get information on your order.

Can I use more than one discount code at a time?

No. You can redeem only one discount at a time. Usage is also subject to the terms and conditions of the discount code.

Are customs and duties fees included in the price of my order?

They are not. Unfortunately, we do not have a say on customs and duties fees. All Customs and Duties Fees are the responsibility of the customer to be paid upon receipt of the package. The amount varies from country to country and depending on the item(s) ordered.

Payment

What types of payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay and PayPal.

*Note, For credit cards, the billing address entered on your order must match the billing address on file with your bank, otherwise, our system might think it's fraud.

How can I pay if I do not have credit card?

If you don't have a credit or debit card, we suggest using PayPal due to the speed and security of your purchase.

If you have a PayPal account, please choose PayPal to complete your payment.

If you don't have a PayPal account, please go to this link to register first, then you can pay with PayPal on our website: https://www.paypal.com.

How can I pay if I do not have a PayPal account?

If you don't have a PayPal account, surely you can use your credit/debit cards to complete your payment. Please be assured that we do not collect nor save your credit/debit card number or personal information when you make a payment.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes!! We offer free shipping internationally for all orders over $69 🥰

Where do you ship to?

We ship globally to all destinations that our carriers provide service to. Please visit our Shipping Info page for more information.

When will I receive my order?

Orders typically arrive within 7 to 15 days for Standard Shipping and within 5 to 10 days for Express Shipping. Please visit our Shipping Info page for more information on your specific location. Once your order has started its journey to you, we will send you an email with tracking information. 

*Please note that man-made and natural disasters may impact delivery times, with some carrier services experiencing unexpected delays in transit or slight delays in providing tracking details.

Why is there no tracking update?

As some packages are shipped internationally, you may not see updates via local couriers until the package is cleared by local customs and entry is granted into your country. If your order is still under the estimated delivery time frame, please wait patiently. Once this process has been completed, you will be able to see tracking updates

Why does it show delivery, but I did not receive?

Please check your mailbox thoroughly and ask your neighbours if they have your package. For more details, you can contact the courier company, and of course, you can also contact us for help.

The tracking service shows attempted delivery of my parcel was unsuccessfully?

Typically is due to an incomplete/incorrect shipping address or the courier NOT having access to the delivery location.
Please contact the courier to reschedule the delivery of your package.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

Once your items are delivered, we are not liable if they are stolen, lost or damaged. If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please allow an additional 1-3 days for delivery before contacting your local carrier for more information.

Returns & Refunds

What is your Return Policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have a maximum of 14 days from the date you've received all your purchased items in the same order to submit the return request. For more information regarding on our return policy, please check it on our Return Policy page.

When will I receive my refund?

After your return has been processed and returned to our facilities, please estimate up to 7 days for the refund to hit your bank account. As always, we stand on the side of overcommunicating when it comes to important things so we will send you an email once your return package has been received and your refund is on the way to your bank account. If you haven't received an email from us within 28 days, please do not hesitate to contact us.

What kind of warranty or guarantee do you offer on your products?

We sell products that we believe to be of high quality and reliability. Before shipping each product to our customers, our Q&C personnel will conduct detailed checks of the items to ensure high quality. However, each production may be slightly different due to handmade. This variation is not an acceptable reason to make a return.

I'm missing a nail, what shoI do?

It's easy to understand small nails are easy to fall out occasionally. You're welcome to use our patch service here to order 1-4 pieces missing nails.

We can provide free shipping with you if it is sended along with your new order, or the shipping fee will be the same as the ordinary product.


*Note The patch service is the same as ordinary product to go through workshop, once the order has prepared, it cannot be cancel.
